Attached is our septic inspection request form. Please fill it out in its entirety and return it to desertsepticllc@gmail.com. You will not be scheduled until we receive the completed form. 

 

Please include everyone's email address that should receive a copy of the inspection report. Per our policy, we will not release the inspection report to anyone who is not listed on the form.

 

Individuals who are paying for an inspection must pay their invoice in full before we will release the inspection report. We will send your invoice upon completion. Those who are billing to escrow must list the escrow agent's email address and mark escrow on the form to receive the invoice and inspection report together. If you are an agent completing the form for your client, you MUST provide their phone number and email address in the payor section. 

 

We request your patience while we work on your report. We do several inspections a day and the reports are lengthy. We understand the importance of delivering the information as soon as possible and we will work hard to get it to you as quickly as we can. Inspection reports are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

 

Please make sure that there are no obstructions to entering the property, that the septic tank area has clear access, and that dogs are secured. If required, please provide gate codes or make sure that someone is on-site to allow access. If our driver arrives and cannot gain access or there are instances preventing them from accessing the tank, we will charge a trip fee and you will be rescheduled. We will not be able to guarantee that you will be rescheduled by your preferred date. Please note the water is required to be on for inspections. 

 

Any information regarding the location of the tank could save time and prevent additional fees.
